View, Reschedule or Cancel Your Existing Exam

Please review the Reschedule and Cancellation Policy below, including applicable Pearson VUE fees, before completing the following five steps. 

1. Click on the “Manage My Exam” button below. 

2. If you are already an ISC2 Member or ISC2 Candidate, log in to your account. If you do not have an ISC2 account, create one using the email address you entered when you scheduled your exam.

3. Enter or review the information on the ISC2 form for accuracy. 
IMPORTANT: Enter your information exactly as it appears on the identification (ID) you will present at the test center. If it is not an exact match, you will be unable to take your test and you will not be reimbursed for fees paid.

4. Submit the completed ISC2 form. After the ISC2 form is submitted, you will be redirected to Pearson VUE’s website.

5. At Pearson VUE’s website, navigate to “View an upcoming test center appointment.” Find your exam and view, reschedule or cancel.

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy  

If you need to reschedule or cancel your exam, contact Pearson VUE online by following the five steps listed above at least 48 hours prior to your exam or by phone at least 24 hours prior to your exam. Pearson VUE charges a U.S. $50 fee to reschedule and a U.S. $100 fee to cancel.  

Please note: Once your initial exam is scheduled, you may only reschedule within 365 days of your initial exam date. In addition, you must sit for your exam within 365 days of your initial exam date or your exam fee will not be refunded.
