Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy for Training Seminars
If more candidates register for a seminar than a location can accommodate, ISC2 will accept registrations on a first-come first-served basis, determined by the postmark date that ISC2 receives payment in full for seminar fees (check or credit card authorization form).
If Candidate Cancels or Reschedules a Training Seminar:
All requests to cancel or reschedule a seminar received in writing with 22 days notice or more will incur a USD100 / EUR100 / GBP70* cancellation fee or rescheduling fee (Refund = Amount Paid, Less USD100 / EUR100 / GBP70). Written cancellation or rescheduling requests received five(5) business days or more prior to the seminar will be given credit toward attendance at a subsequent program only (no refund) and will incur an additional USD100 / EUR100 / GBP70 rescheduling fee.
Cancellationsand reschedules received with less than five (5) business days notice and "no-shows" will not be given a refund, nor credit toward a later program (unless there is a documented medical emergency).
* Please Note- fees paid will depend on the location of the applicant’s event. Local taxes may be charged in addition, where applicable. Note: ISC2 will not accept third party payments or applications for any ISC2 seminar applicant unless the third party is a government agency, the applicant's employer, or is otherwise authorized by ISC2 prior to the application being submitted.
If ISC2 Cancels a Seminar:
ISC2 reserves the right to cancel any seminar 15 days in advance if attendance is insufficient. In this case, ISC2 liability shall be limited to full refund of fees paid. If the candidate chooses to reschedule an exam or seminar instead of receiving refund, the candidate will receive a refundable voucher valid for one year from date of issuance to reschedule. The burden is on the candidate to track when the one year period expires, as ISC2 will not notify the candidate.
