Hiromi is a Professional Services Consultant, Coach, and Instructor with extensive expertise in portfolio, program, and project management, value stream management, organizational resilience and continuity, cybersecurity, leadership development, compliance, and system auditing. 

With over 20 years of experience, Hiromi has supported both government agencies and private sector clients by evaluating, designing, and implementing effective cybersecurity architectures and identifying cyber risks based on threat scenarios. Hiromi is also proficient in business analysis and project management, introducing and collaborating on superior frameworks, models, and systems that create value with clients. 

Hiromi's career spans across IT and telecommunications, consulting firms, the public sector, and non-profit organizations. His broad technical experience includes roles as a network engineer, security consultant, systems development leader, and agile coach, all contributing to enhanced corporate value. 

Since 2024, Hiromi has served as an ISC2 Authorized Instructor, leveraging his real-world experience as a security practitioner to inform his teaching. Hiromi holds a major in literature and history and has a keen interest in complex adaptive systems. He has obtained over 100 certifications in IT, project management, agile methodologies, auditing, and cybersecurity. His qualifications include ISC2 CISSP, Project Management Institute (PMP/DAVSC/DAC/DASSM), ISACA (CISA/CISM/CDPSE), Scrum Alliance (CAL/CSP-SM/CSP-PO/CSP-D), EC-Council (C|EH), CompTIA (A+/Network+/Security+/Cloud+/Linux+/Server+/CySA+/CASP+/PenTest+/Data+/Project+), and IRCA ISO9001/14001/20000/27001/45001 Associate Auditor, among others. Additionally, Hiromi is an author of books and articles on project management, agile methodologies, cybersecurity, and system auditing. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise, contributing to the advancement of the cybersecurity field.
